This class runs on Tuesday and Thursday starting May 2/4 for 15 weeks.
We start off with a warm up and move into dance-based cardio fitness for 45 minutes. Next, you will use your own body weight along with various exercise equipment around a circuit of fat-burning stations. Then, we pull out the mats for some Core on the Floor work, followed by a deep stretch and some well-deserved relaxation. You’ll sleep like a baby!
