Group Personal Training
Join us for a challenging hour of Group Personal Training with your own NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Lucy Lehman. Working through a circuit of resistance and cardio stations, you will notice improvements in your strength, endurance, balance, coordination and agility after only one session. We also incorporate individual, group and partner work to make it a fun experience! Using the TRX Suspension Training System is a key feature of our Group PT sessions.
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.
In addition to our Cornell location, we are now located at the Beaches Recreation Centre, 6 Williamson Road, Toronto ON.
One-On-One Personal Training
