Add it on as a “+” feature to your ONE Class Registration for an additional 30 minutes of core strengthening, butt shaping, quad burning resistance training, or join us for a challenging full hour class of “Sweat & Sculpt; this one hour class is a total body workout focused on strengthening muscles throughout the body.
“Sweat & Sculpt” is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using light hand weights. “Sculpt” is an add-on feature to our cardio-based class options to give you the total body workout you need to meet your fitness goals.
Either way you choose, “Sculpt” is designed to shape and tone the body while building long and lean muscles. Building muscle is highly recommended when weight loss is a goal because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism. Our resistance training exercises are easy-to-learn and put little impact on the joints. You will see and feel results fast because weights are used to stress the muscles.
