This 60-minute class runs on Saturdays starting May 4th for 9 weeks and combines TRX + Circuit Training, led by Kim Luckasavitch.
Using the clinically proven TRX® Suspension Training System and a challenging set of stations using your own body and/or equipment, this 60-minute workout will utilize every muscle group from your core up and down, inside and out! Set to popular music in the signature soul circuit style, you will perform choreographed exercises using your own body weight on the TRX.
Bring your own TRX, hand weights and a mat. No TRX? Please let us know and we may be able to supply one for use in class only.
Please bring cash or cheque (payable to Kim) to your first class. There is no online registration available for this session.
