HIIT SQUAD

HIIT Squad is the newest group fitness class format from soul circuit. It includes a warm-up, movement set to popular music using your own body weight, and hand weights of your choice, followed by a tribal core-on-the-floor routine that will bring out your inner drummer! We incorporate drumsticks into the core routine that you hit together or on the floor to the beat. We round out the class with a deep stretch and some well-deserved relaxation. And, best of all, it’s FUN!

Fast Fact: the rhythmic nature of the music in a group dynamic has actually been clinically proven to reduce stress and have a positive impact on health in many ways.

This is not your average program! Your weekly group fitness class is just the start, your Full Program includes:

  • 60-min Group Fitness Class
  • Online support for your personalized goal setting and nutrition plan
  • In-home 60-minute Thai Yoga Stretching Session $60 value!

We’ve got options! You may Drop In or Register anytime during the current session – your fee will be pro-rated for the remaining classes. You can choose to attend fitness classes with or without online support – it’s included and yours for the taking if you want the boost of accountability and guidance.
